SAFE is a not-for profit program and the registration fees we collect for our programs do not cover the costs to required to run our programs and social events. Every player in our sports programs recieves a shirt, a hat and a trophy at and awards ceremony after at the end of the season. SAFE never turns a player away because their family can not afford the registration. SAFE relies on donations and fundraising programs to keep it alive and well and well and we need your support. On Saturday, May 12, 2012, SAFE will hold a Bowling Fundraiser at the
Saratoga Strike Zone in Saratoga Springs. This event provides an opportunity for parents, friends, and patrons of SAFE to come together for an evening of
entertainment while raising money for SAFE programs. We anticipate a wonderful turnout for this event. Download the Bowler's Registration Form here.

All the proceeds from this event will be used to benefit the SAFE children and their sports programs. This event along with the silent and live auctions
conducted during the evening will serve as the single largest fundraising activity for SAFE.

The funds will be used to purchase 2 new sets of soccer goals/nets; offset the program's insurance costs; pay for rental fees for the bowling lanes, baseball and soccer fields, and the gym for basketball; add to the program's scholarship fund; and replace some of the aging sports equipment: basketballs, soccer balls, baseball bats, balls, and tees, and mesh team pinnies.

If you would like to become a sponsor of the 2012 SAFE Bowling Fundraiser,
please complete the enclosed Sponsorship Form and return it along with your check made payable to SAFE by April 1, 2012. We also ask that you contact your

Perfect Game Sponsor $2,500		Sponsor name and/or logo listed prominently on SAFE webpage with link to your own website (6 months). Sponsor listed and verbally recognized as a major event sponsor. Sponsor banner (provided by Sponsor) to display in a highly visible location Sponsor will have a table available to them for promotional material. Sponsor receives complimentary bowling for a team of 5. Sponsor bowling team will receive golf shirts and complimentary food and beverage throughout the event. Sponsor will receive a commemorative plaque recognizing their support for SAFE and its programs. Sponsor will automatically be a "lane" sponsor. Sponsor listed prominently on all event materials.
Turkey XXX Sponsor $1,500		Sponsor name and/or logo listed prominently on SAFE webpage with link to your own website (6 months). Sponsor will have a table available to them for promotional material. AUCTION ITEMS NEEDED ALSO FOR BOWLING FUNDRAISER!!

We could use your help! We need some great items for the silent and live auctions
at the SAFE Bowling Fundraiser on Saturday, May 12, 2012. The items can be
small or large, extravagant or simple. Here is a list of suggestions:

Gift cards for restaurants, salons, stores, services, flower shops, etc. Ski packages/Lift tickets Stays at a hotel, vacation resort, or vacation home Tickets to the movies, theater, or sporting events Sports items Music – New CDs, download gift cards, memorabilia Wines, spirits, teas, coffees Small items – for example, figurines, candles, art pieces, wine glasses, clocks, vases, teapots, coffee cups, scrap-booking material, knitting/crocheting supplies, arts and crafts, etc.
